Inclusive and non-extractive approaches


With experiences in researching for and with neurodivergent people and people with lived experiences, we specialise in inclusive and non-extractive approaches - from the facilitation of workshops to the conduct and delivery of research.
A 3-hour design fiction workshop in a festival tent. Power dynamics and social constructs of healthcare unravelled!
A full-day workshop to explore the challenges in imagining beyond the known contexts, part of an 18-month research project on collective imagination, speculative design. 
Production of a health wearables catwalk and a conference track exploring desirability in healthcare for Giant Health Event.

Esoterraria-p, a 12-hour durational performance in a third space (a local pub) exploring care and belonging through uncasting 1.5 years of plastics from a domestic bin. Open to but not insisting on participation. Entirely non-verbal.


A sensory map for a collective dreaming session, conducted from people’s safe spaces over Zoom. We use online and offline means depending on the work. 




No utopias, no dystopias


Oftentimes, in imagining the futures, dystopia or utopia is invoked. Three lines, four quadrants, which can be read as 2x dichotomies juxtaposed, are used to stratify the futures. The tools (e.g. models and concepts) we use to think with constraints the shapes of the futures that can be conceptualised. It’s the law of the instruments
